**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in production operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in quality control, continuous improvement, mechanical knowledge, plant management, lean principles, and production planning. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement production strategies to meet company objectives - Oversee production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products - Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes - Manage production budgets and resources effectively - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall plant performance - Utilize MRP systems for effective inventory management - Train, supervise, and motivate production staff for high performance **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field - Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment - Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies - Proficiency in production planning and scheduling - Excellent leadership and decision-making skills - Ability to assemble and lead diverse teams effectively - Familiarity with MRP systems for inventory control Join our team as a Production Manager and drive operational excellence in our manufacturing facility!
