What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Design Manager position at Starhired?
We’re looking for a Construction Design Manager to manage our construction design studio, this could be a great opportunity for someone who wants to work in an industry-leading company. Previous experience in high-end construction design is a plus, construction experience is required, Bluebeam, reading blueprints, measuring, working with AutoCAD, working with clients. You will lead a division and manage a team.
What you will do as a Construction Design Manager:
· Make sure projects are by assigning supplies to each individual project
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
· Responsible for managing projects from design to completion
· Pull prints and manage details
· Verify measurements before each job
· Perform planning session
· Schedule and conduct project meetings
· Manage manpower and resource requirements
· Work with clients to achieve their design goals
· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
What you will need as a Construction Design Manager:
· 5 years in Construction Management
· Managing budgets
· Bluebeam and AutoCAD experience
· Customer engagement experience
· Scheduling projects
· Blueprint reading skills
