We are looking for a Project Architect to join our growing team in the Randleman NC area. You'll manage designs from cradle to grave, maintain detailed records, work with outside contractors and parties involved to achieve clients’ goals, help create standards for clients to follow.
This is a full-time position in the office in one of the fastest growing companies in North Carolina.
What you will do as a Project Architect:
- Design multi-family specialty construction projects.
- Lead design with clients and engineers.
- Collaborate with all relevant parties to review the objectives and constraints.
- Identify risks and analyze potential impact of design and ideas.
- Create standard designs for clients.
- Communicates complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What you will need as a Project Architect:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 years of experience as an Architect.
- Multi-family architecture experience is a plus.
- Experience leading designs from all stages of development.

Pay: $94,474.21 - $145,614.16 per year

Experience:
- Architect Design or Architect: 5 years (Preferred)
- Multifamily construction Architecture: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sketchup or 3D modeling software: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- High Point, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
