PURPOSE -
Primary resource for providing direction for all StarKist applications. This includes the effective utilization and growth, maintenance and process improvements across all locations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES –
Planning and managing Application Assessment and Requirements activities-
Manage portfolio of projects and programs
-
Assisting clients in defining key capabilities /requirements that will enable their strategy
-
Planning and managing application design and architecture activities
-
Being recognized as an expert on one or more of the key SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PM, SD QM, PP, CoPa, CRM, BI)
-
Creating project deliverable templates and standards
-
Planning and managing program-wide application build, test, and deploy activities
-
Identifying and monitoring interdependencies between various application implementation activities
-
Planning and establishing ongoing application support
-
Drive change by understanding and adapting to the cultural environment and developing strategies on how to overcome barriers
-
Effective creation and management of both a capital and general administrative expense budgets
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES -
-
10 to 15 years of experience of Management experience
-
Strong with SAP in one or more of the following areas: FI, CO, MM, PM, SD QM, PP, CRM, BI, Tech Arch and Basis
-
Experience with cloud-based computing, hosting and virtualization
-
Strong understanding of Security (including Firewalls, Malware, Phishing)
-
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field, Master’s Degree or MBA is a plus
-
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
-
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
-
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent leadership and management skills
Additional Considerations:

Experience estimating projects (beyond creating and managing plans)
-
Experience managing third party application support provider
-
Experience negotiating contracts
-
Experience in a multi-site/cultural environment
