Site Controller
Your Tasks
- Responsible for the development of financial plan for all functions at the plant for the next fiscal year under consideration of value enhancement, earnings and cash development
- Close cooperation with the plant manager, the head of business unit controlling and the local operational management team
- Support the management team in the development of action plans to eliminate gaps and to guide the plant to maximum efficiency
- Identify potentials, opportunities and risks for the development of the plant financials
- Provide financial analyses for the plant and business unit controlling by preparing and commenting monthly reporting, result forecast, detailed planning, target-actual comparisons, gap analyzes or any special reports
- Preparation and guidance of all internal and external plant audits (according to IFRS & local GAAP)
- Leading and development of the local finance team
- Introduction of new digital process approaches for further development and optimization of the controlling systems
- Support and consulting of cross-functional projects, scenario analysis or investment projects with focus on controlling processes
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, economics or engineering management with focus on Controlling & Accounting
- Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of plant controlling of an industrial or technology company
- Experience in working in international corporations
- Experience in leadership is a plus
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Very good skills in international and national accounting standards (IFRS & local GAAP)
- Profound knowledge in SAP FI/CO
- Interest in applying new digital processes
- High flexibility, decision-making skills as well as communication strength at all levels
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad
