Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Location - Abingdon
Schedule example: 3-4 days a week. Hours and days are flexible depending on applicants' availability.
Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in
DEA licensure
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
W-2 employment with competitive pay starting at $75/hr
