Responsibilities
- Recording Feedback
- Diligently document both positive feedback and constructive criticism from customers, aiming to pinpoint actionable insights that can drive product enhancements and innovation.
- Analyze trends in customer feedback to help prioritize areas for improvement.
- Managing Customer Contacts for Feedback Sessions
- Maintain a database of customer contacts for organizing focus groups and one-on-one feedback sessions.
- Coordinate with the product team to select participants who provide diverse and relevant insights for product development.
- Customer Outreach and Coordination
- Proactively reach out to customers to arrange meetings for detailed feedback.
- Organize and manage schedules for feedback sessions in collaboration with the university marketing director, ensuring strategic alignment with broader marketing goals.
- Report key insights and the status of ongoing feedback initiatives to the university marketing director, providing a link between customer perceptions and strategic marketing decisions.
