Introduction:
We are a small group of industry veterans that struck out on our own in 2021 by starting Starwood Building Solutions at a Sacramento location. Since this time, we have been successfully providing our loyal builder clients with doors, millwork, hardware and services. We have outgrown our current Sacramento location. In July of 2024, we will be moving to a larger facility in Rocklin , Ca.
We have reached a size and volume level that requires the addition of an Office Manager to perform daily administrative functions and improve the performance of this company’s financial and accounting management. This is a great opportunity for someone with the right skills and drive that would like to fill a critical position and help a young company grow and thrive.

Starwood Building Solutions is a company that provides quality Doors, Windows, Millwork, Hardware, and installation to the Sacramento building industry. Most of our existing sales revenue is generated from Multifamily, Custom Home, and Light Commercial contractor customers. We make it a mission to develop strong loyalties and long- standing relationships though a track record of positive buying experiences.

We are seeking to add an office manager who will take charge of all accounting and administration functions as well as engage with our sales operations. We want someone who shares our enthusiasm, our work ethic, engages with customers and co-workers, and is motivated to help us advance this business as a premier resource among the building community.

Hours and Work Location:
4 to 5 days per week starting at Starwood’s Sacramento office then moving with the operation to Rocklin.
Benefits:
6 paid holidays per year
5 days of Paid Time Off accrued during first year, 10 days of Paid Time Off accrual beginning after first year of full time employment.
Skill/Education Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience in accounting, administration, bookkeeping, Excel
Must have good typing and computer skills
Industry Experience
Good People Skills
Benefits:
6 paid holidays per year (available after 90days)
5 days of Paid Time Off accrued during first year, 10 days of Paid Time Off accrued during years 2 and beyond

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
