- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be willing to travel to away games
- Must be able to work all practices
- Must be present at all games
- Must have the ability to work well with others/athletes
- Technical skills needed for occasional filming and downloading.
- Must complete time sheets in a timely manner
- Set up and take down practice
- Complete laundry
- Run the clock during practice
- Take stats, inventory equipment
- Film practices and games
- Keep the court dry
- Assist with social media development.

Education: Must be a current or incoming student (minimum 12 credit hours per semester). Must be in good academic standing. Must follow all College, NJCAA, and team rules.

Employment will require a criminal background check at College expense. Preference is given to Missouri residents.

Department funded positions are available for both student and non-student applicants. These positions are limited to a maximum of 600 hours per fiscal year or 550 hours per fiscal year if the candidate is a retiree of the PSRS or PEERS Missouri Retirement System. A fiscal year is defined as July 1 to June 30. In addition, a part time employee can not work more than 17 hours per week unless the position has been budgeted and approved to work beyond this maximum.
