Job Title: Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team as a trial attorney in our Westchester, NY office. As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures
• Possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills
• Be well organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload

Qualifications:

• Law degree from ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Active license to practice law in New York and be a member in good standing with the state bar
• 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
• Experience working in a paperless environment
• Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
• Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation

Salary : $125,625 - $160,000
