Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 2 days out of the month in office. Schedules require availability on the weekends.
Compensation: Starting pay is $19.75/hr. You are also eligible for:
- 10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends

Responsibilities
The Enterprise Care Center (ECC) is committed to solving our customers’ needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences. We currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
- Full-Time
- Shifts are afternoon, evening and weekends
- Schedules require availability on the weekends
Please Note
- Start Date: December 12, 2022
Mandatory Training is 12 weeks duration.
After training, associates will work approximately 2 days out of the month in the office
Training: Selected candidates will participate in 12 weeks of mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! The training continues beyond day one as well. - Training hours will be:
10:30am - 7:00pm EST
Onboarding: 12/12 – 12/14
Core Training: 12/15 – 2/10
1st week of nesting: 2/13 – 2/17
2nd week of nesting: 2/18, 2/21 – 2/24
3rd week of nesting: 2/25, 2/28 - 3/3 - Post training shifts range from 12:00pm to 8:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm (weekdays and weekends vary)
Qualifications
Care Center Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
