Responsibilities
Our Claims Staffing Associates are involved in onboarding our independent adjusters and related back office deployment work. Additional responsibilities can include:
- Assisting with deployment of staff as requested by CCG (Central Coordination Group) Team Managers or Analysts
- Communicating with team members, business partners, and external customers in person or by telephone, written correspondence, or other electronic media
- Assisting with setting up temporary locations for handling weather and catastrophe events
- Assisting Analysts with capacity monitoring and reporting
- Processing computer access requests for external resources and/or independent adjusters under the direction of Analysts
- Checking databases on external resource deployments for pertinent certifications, and information on past deployments
- Processing all back-office work involving staff and external resource deployments, including badges, business cards and equipment orders
This is a hybrid work arrangement out of our office in Bloomington, IL. Associates may be required to work additional hours, overtime hours, or non-standard hours, including varying work shifts, weekends and holidays, based on workload and as the operation dictates.
The starting pay begins at $17.25 per hour.
