Overview
Our Experience Design area within Enterprise Technology - Digital Experience Department is seeking Experience Leads. This area is comprised of multiple teams that are passionate about enhancing experiences for State Farm associates, agents, and customers. Our work matters - we deliver user centered design solutions expressed through our State Farm brand that directly align with and positively impact our Enterprise goals.

Responsibilities
As an Experience Lead on our team, you will be primarily focused on enhancing the customer experience for our State Farm Small Business portfolio. Key job responsibilities will include:
- Works with partners to establish end-to-end product experiences
- Translate consumer and user insights into actionable creative strategies and architectural framework
- Provides thought leadership and direction on the design and architecture of digital products
- Ensures visual and experience architecture design adheres to the project requirements, objectives, and timelines
- Promotes and ensures iterative movement toward aspirational product experience with visualizations/prototypes, and artifacts
Qualifications
Competitive/ideal candidates must have the following skills/experience:
- 3-5 years of prior experience and demonstrated success in user-centered design and architecture.
- Experience working within a brand and established design system.
- Proactive, self-starter approach to work
- Highly effective written and verbal communicator
- Skilled and experienced in collaborative work approach.
- Knowledge of and experience using data and analytics to solve experience problems.
- User research experience
