Where you’ll work: This is a hybrid position that requires spending time working from home and in the office. After training, associates will work approximately 1-2 days in the office. Schedules require availability on the weekends.
Compensation: Starting pay is $18.00/hr. You are also eligible for:

Responsibilities
The Customer Care Center (CCC) is committed to solving our customers’ needs on first contact through simple, high-quality, and personalized experiences.
The Retention I position is housed in a call center environment that is a fast-paced and structured work environment.
o You will manage incoming calls while simultaneously working on a computer.
o Manage a variety of customer service situations which may include answering insurance-related questions
o Provide claim personnel contact information as well as sending detailed messages to agents and/or claims personnel
o Provide emergency customer assistance while on the phone, utilize computer technology to access online job aids and navigate the State Farm intranet to locate information.
We currently have the following types of shifts and openings:
• Full-Time
• Shifts are morning/afternoon and weekends
Please Note:
• Start Date: October 03, 2022
• Mandatory Training is 6 weeks duration.
• After training, associates will work approximately 1-2 days in the office.
• Training: Selected candidates will participate in 6 weeks of mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! The training continues beyond day one as well.
• Training hours will be 10:30 am - 7:00 pm EST
Onboarding: 10/03 - 10/05
Core Training: 10/06 - 10/28
1st week of nesting: 10/31 - 11/04
2nd week of nesting: 11/05, 11/08 - 11/11
• Post training shifts will be from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm where the weekdays and weekends vary *** Schedules require availability on the weekends***

Qualifications
Retention Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
