Responsibilities
The Customer Care Center supports our customers 24 hours/7 days a week. Our team members work in a shift environment that includes irregular hours, weekends, and holidays based on workload and job requirements. Schedules may change based on business need. The intended start dates for these positions are to occur in 2nd Quarter 2022 but are still to be determined.
Our compensation package includes…
- Competitive Starting Pay: at $17.25/hr.
- 10% shift differential available for specific hours and weekends
- Bilingual Spanish differential available for part-time and full-time positions in this department
- Employees will automatically receive a $.50 increase per hour after six months
- Merit reviews are conducted annually and may include performance-based pay increases as well as a bonus based on company results.
Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role.
New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Customer Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm.
Please Note:
- After training, associates will work approximately 80% at home and 20% in the office.
