The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Administrative Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant 2 to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What you will be doing:
This position provides a wide range of administrative level support to the Administrative Services Division (ASD). Primary responsibilities include front desk support, timesheet collector, travel arrangements, processing purchase orders, and coding/paying invoices. Other duties include tracking expenditures and HR support assisting ASD Hiring Managers with recruitments. This position serves as the department’s Record Officer.

EDUCATION
If post-secondary education is required or is used as a substitution to meet the minimum qualifications, it is required to complete the Education section of your Profile. Copies of transcripts will be required at time of interview but may also be attached to the application.
