The Commercial Fisheries Region 2 team is spread across Bristol Bay, Cook Inlet, and Prince William Sound. This position is located at the Fish and Game office in Anchorage. Daily work involves communicating with Fish and Game regional and area staff and independently editing publications. A strong sense of organization and detail is crucial to working through multiple tasks at once. As competency increases, telework is available.

Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with competencies in
- Communications and Media: Knowledge of the production, communication and dissemination of information and ideas to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Any combination of preparatory post-secondary education and/or experience in writing, editing, design and layout, of written materials, such as, publications, articles, brochures, newsletters, or other printed materials and/or internet documents.

“Typically gained by” means the prevalent, usual method of gaining the competencies expected for entry into the job.
