This position may be available for remote work within Arizona (2 days per week in the office/hoteling).
• Working with Human Resources and Agency leadership, the Human Resources Analyst - Recruiting develops a recruiting culture and assists with creating recruitment strategies and virtual presence.
• Manages HR webpage and recruitment material content and design with HR Manager
• Partners with school leaders and help them determine their needs. Build partnerships with Universities and other beneficial education and training programs to develop opportunities for practicums and internships and ultimately future employment.
• Attends and coordinates career fairs, hiring events for in-person and virtual events and the associated needs for these events
• Assists with developing and running marketing campaigns, talent pipelines, email strategies, information sessions, and networking events, to ensure our school is presented to and known to potential candidates.
• Coordinates the hiring process from recruitment notices and schedules and ad placement
• Works with Hiring Managers to assist with screening, recruiting, and interviewing the most suitable candidates.
• Troubleshoots process for performance improvement and customer satisfaction, including candidate experience
• Communicate the school’s culture, values, and offerings in a compelling way for both campus based and itinerant positions.
• Maintain and produce reporting for recruiting analytics of open positions and marketing avenues, process times and apply to performance improvement
• Sourcing candidates through traditional and non-traditional methods
• Develop approaches and systems that are adaptable, scalable and able to accommodate presentations across multiple venues and platforms in a cost effective manner
• Manages travel arrangements related to recruitment activities
• Occasional overnight travel required
• Developing recruitment culture, recruitment strategies and agency virtual presence
• Creating recruitment material content for the Human Resources web page
• Best practices for building University partnerships, practicums and internships.
• Professional presentation for career fairs, hiring events for in-person and virtual events
• Recruitment tools and processes: marketing campaigns; talent pipelines; and
promotional strategies
• Recruitment life-cycle and applying data for performance improvement
• Screening, recruiting, interviewing, and selection
• Troubleshooting for performance improvement candidate experience
• Communicating culture, values, and offerings in a compelling way
• Developing reporting for recruiting analytics and application to performance improvement
• Sourcing candidates
• Professional certification processes
• Approaches and systems that are adaptable, scalable and able to accommodate presentations
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2 years of recruitment experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Computer proficiency; report building in MS Excel
Must be able to pass FBI and State background check or Fingerprint Clearance Cardas position requires by policy or Statute
