- Shall be qualified to teach in the field of English Studies.
- Shall be effective in teaching college-level composition courses.
- Shall be effective in teaching college-level introduction to literature courses.
- Shall meet the required employment standards as defined by the University.
- Shall be proficient in curriculum development, instruction, and evaluation.
- Shall hold a Master's degree in English or related field.
- Shall have at least 5 years of experience in teaching college-level writing courses.
