Main Purpose of Job
Position 1� The incumbent in this position will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a robust Quality Assurance (QA) process that utilizes evidence-driven decision-making within Local Offices of Child Support (OCS)and by the Child Support Administration (CSA) leadership. The incumbent will design technical assistance strategies for the Child Support program based on the review and analysis of qualitative and qualitative data. The job duties will entail assisting with customizing local, regional, and statewide technical assistance plans, consultations with local department administrators and Child Support Administration-Headquarters Office, and participating in meetings with other internal and external stakeholders.� Position 2� The main purpose of this position is to lead staff who provide a high level of quality customer service to customers. This is achieved by direct interface, telephone communication and written correspondence. Acts as the liaison coordinate between the local offices and the customers of the program. This position is charged with having a working knowledge of all aspects of the program.�
POSITION DUTIES
Position 1 Conducts Quality Assurance reviews with the 24 Local Offices of Child Support (OCS). Coordinates Local OCS preparation and participation in the Quality Assurance process. Conducts face-to-face meetings, trainings, telephone calls, technical assistance, and prepares and sends formal correspondence. Gathers and analyzes data, including CSA Indicators, case reviews, and other data sources.� Conducts comprehensive child support reviews in the Child Support Enforcement System (CSMS) following the formal case review instrument. Position 2 Assists with the development and implementation of the customer services division policies and procedures. Maintains on-going contact with the local offices. Provides follow up for inquires and assigned task requiring the Department of Human Services Secretary's or Executive Director's review and approval. Coordinates with local offices to resolve problems that have not been completed at the local office level.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:�Eight years of experience, four years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations. Notes: 1. Candidates may substitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and four�years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of�programs, procedures, practices and organizations for the required experience. 2. Candidates may substitute graduate level education at an�accredited college or university in a human services related field at the rate of 30 credit hours per year for up to six years of the required experience. 3.�Candidates may substitute U.S. Armed Forces military experience as a commissioned officer in Administrative Officer classifications or Administrative Officer specialty codes in the General, Administrative, Clerical and Office Services field of work on a year-for-year basis for the�required experience.
