Summary: Provides clerical support at the plant facility which may include answering telephones, data entry, distribution of production materials, and reviewing records for accuracy according to standard departmental procedure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Processes or handles one or more of the following according to departmental procedure: customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents, paperwork for production.
Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
Sorts and distributes production materials.
Enters or retrieves data from established computer files.
Cross references data to assure accuracy and completeness.
Answer phone calls – direct calls, give information, and greet visitors.
Performs a variety of routine clerical duties as necessary.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
