This position will serve as the sole recognized resource for day-to-day oversight and management of the division’s online grant management system. The primary duties include coordination amongst grant program staff, divisional technical leads, customers, and software vendors for designing and enhancing grant programs within the online system, overseeing the associated budget and vendor payments, develops program templates, facilitates annual enhancements and upgrades, test scripts, reports, developing training materials and leading training sessions, and serves as a liaison to the Department of Technology Management and Budget for current and future contracts. In addition, this position is responsible for leading the advancement of the section’s online system by analyzing and streamlining various historical data sets and overseeing the importing of data from paper records to an electronic format.

ExperienceDepartmental Analyst 12Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.
Departmental Analyst 9 - 12Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school and the equivalent of at least two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may be substituted for the education requirement.
