This position is responsible for underwriting loans for the Single-Family Mortgage Loan Program and for the Mortgage Credit Certificate Program. This position requires incumbent to possess knowledge of policies; procedures and regulations related to federally- and privately-insured loan programs funded through mortgage revenue bonds and mortgage back securities.
