The primary focus of this position is an application development team member that will perform the development and maintenance of DMH enterprise applications using C#, SQL Server, and MVC. Duties include analysis, design, coding, code reviews, testing, implementation, and mentoring. Personal interactions with Business Owners and other team members are required, as is research and troubleshooting of complex problems. The successful candidate for this position needs to have a technical background. Candidate must be effective in working collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently as circumstances dictate.
This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division supporting the Department of Mental Health (DMH).

Knowledge of the core programming language used in the assigned area. Knowledge of computer logic statements and their applications. Ability to learn and apply concepts. Ability to perform basic mathematics. Ability to provide logical and innovative ideas, and think critically to resolve issues. Ability to communicate with staff, management, and agency personnel.
