- Support leadership with operational activities.
- Coordinate with staff to update the section’s administrative manual.
- Assist managers in drafting job postings and related hiring documents.
- Assist in coordinating data for reports and responses to public inquiries.
- Assist in updating the organization’s planning documents.
All you need for success:
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college OR two or more years of professional experience with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience collaborating across teams for task deliverables.
- 1-2 years of experience developing program policies and writing procedure manuals.
- 2-3 years of past experience as a manager or supervisor is preferred.
- Previous experience using HireTrue to arrange applicant interviews, hire, and on-board new employees is preferred but not required.
