We are recruiting to fill a Software Education Analyst with creative abilities, who has the desire to work in a dynamic team environment. This team will aid in the development of state-of-the-art web interfaces for a court case management system. It will be the goal of the team to make the software user friendly by applying a creative and practical approach to resolving complex business processes into intuitive screens, data flows and in application help. The successful applicant will assist in authoring and executing test plans; participate in design meetings; provide input into user interface designs and create help content to be incorporated into the system.
The successful candidate must be a thriving team player with strong communication skills to articulate a positive user experience with the application, while also being able to work independently to complete system testing tasks. The preferred candidate will be proficient in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and authoring help content in RoboHelp. A desire to learn new skills is a must. Experience in technical writing, and software testing is highly desirable. Experience with Jira, Confluence and MS Project or similar applications is a plus.
This position may be filled one of two ways, depending on qualifications:
Software Education Management Analyst I ($45,691) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management.
Software Education Management Analyst II ($47,634) - Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or court management and one year of professional experience in a related field.
