We are looking for a Program Support Specialist to join our team at DEQ. The Program Support Specialists are responsible for performing high-level administrative services and program support by conducting research, preparing and editing documents, handling communications and information requests, conducting web site maintenance, providing data and records management. This position performs support functions such as preparing correspondence, proofing materials, mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, arranging conference calls, and making arrangements for travel, meetings, or events. One Program Support Specialist can be offered as a part-time or full-time position, depending on the ideal candidate's needs and preferences.
