What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing Specialist position at State of North Carolina?
This position serves as a member of the Business Office team to support billing functions which include private third-party (insurance) and Medicaid billing (NCTracks). Additionally, this position supports CDSA operations through office management duties, motor fleet management, and other tasks assigned by the Business Services Coordinator or Business Officer. This position may provide back-up for other business office positions. Specific job duties may vary based on agency needs.
