What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at State of North Dakota?
LSTC - Grafton, ND - Colette Fitness Center
As a Lifeguard at the Life Skills and Transition Center, you will provide lifeguard services to promote a safe environment for employees and members at the Colette Fitness Center.
On a daily basis you will enforce swimming pool rules and approach swimmers with your concerns in a friendly yet assertive manner. You will follow agency policies and procedures and serve as a positive role model as well as assist in motivation of fellow employees and clients. You will perform cleaning duties to ensure the pool area is neat and clean to prevent safety hazards.
You will succeed in this position, if you appreciate and value being a role model and you thrive on positive interaction.
To be considered for this position, you must have current lifeguard certification or be able to attain certification upon hire.
