Knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus. Ability is required to maintain effective working relationship with others; to handle confidential work; to interpret and handle routine matters in accordance with agency policy; and to follow oral and written instructions from District Supervisor. \r\nEmployee will coordinate activities both internal and external for the organization or programs and may supervise others in performing various administrative duties or other activities. \r\nPrepare invoices and payments of claims, requisitions, purchase orders, and other fiscal duties. Serves as clerical support to the District Supervisor, typing, filing, and submitting documents as needed. Prepare, submit, and coordinate all documents for personnel changes including job vacancies, transfers, career progressions, and promotions. Prepares, copies, and keeps� requests for new and renewal of contracts.\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities required at this level include knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and business English; of business mathematics; of modern office methods and procedures; of the maintenance of complex records; of the major policies and procedures governing assigned programs; and of supervisory principles and practices.. Ability is required to maintain effective working relationships with others; to handle confidential work; to interpret and handle routine matters in accordance with agency policy; and to follow oral and written instructions.\r\nSpecial requirements: \r\nMust be able to pass background check . Maybe required a trial period Willingness to perform all job related travel.\r\n
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of five years of technical clerical office work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\n
