Accountant I

Central Oklahoma Community Mental Health (COCMHC) in Norman, OK is presently looking for an accountant to join their team! The employee will oversee preparing financial statements, operational reports, expenditure reports, statistical data, and other financial-related information, assisting in the collection and review of data for budget work programs. Determines financing requirements by reviewing, analyzing, and presenting financial data, such as revenue estimates and expenditure reports.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of bookkeeping for each year of the required degree.

Applicants must also be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
