Job Posting for Accountant/Fiscal Analyst at State of South Carolina
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of invoices, receipts, bank deposits, budget requests, projections, summary reports, payrolls, and payrolls files. Serves as the primary backup for Accounts Receivable. Responsible for the preparation of accounts payable documents. Assists with the preparation of financial reports and closing packages as required. Provide routine office assistance within the Finance section.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A high school diploma and experience in entry-level accounting or bookkeeping. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for required work experience. Knowledge of office policies, procedures, rules, regulations and equipment. Knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping principles and practices.
