Job Posting for Administrative Coordinator - Admissions Office - Part time temporary at State of South Carolina

Provides essential office functions to include: answering phones, replying to Admissions emails and voicemail messages, providing front-line and superior customer service; assisting with admissions applications, letters, and emails. Manage office supplies; and assisting the Director of Admissions with special projects.High school diploma or college degree with experience working in an office setting.The minimum as listed plus experience working in an office or educational setting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, Teams; basic office equipment, customer service focused and have excellent customer service skills,  Be able to effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders in writing, over the phone, and in-person. Provides accurate and professional guidance regarding Admissions polices and procedures to the public.
