Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership and guidance for shaping strategic admissions goals and processes. Establishes goals, objectives, and benchmarks for all programming and processing. Conducts assessment of processes and services; makes data-informed decisions for long-range planning, and ensures admissions policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations. Works closely with the Advisement and Support Center on process for transitioning new admits to advisement services. Oversees the development, administration, and maintenance of the CRM and third-party software. Designs the technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness for units and users associated with the CRM. Develops processes and training manuals, implements communication plans, and manages CRM data. Conducts compliance reviews to ensure accuracy of data and reporting. Serves as the Residency Official for the college. Attends residency trainings to stay abreast of state requirements. Conducts lawful presence and residency reviews of all admitted/readmitted students to ensure accuracy of status. Supervises and evaluates personnel to ensure effective delivery of services. Completes periodic staff evaluations, provides ongoing feedback on performance, monitors personnel needs and communicates needs and concerns to supervisor. Provides consistent and ongoing training to ensure staff have necessary skills and resources to perform effectively.
Minimum And Additional Requirements
A master's degree and experience in student services programs.
