This position is located in Centralized Intake, Richland County.
Are you the One? We are looking for a Program Assistant who will complete intake activities for applicants seeking Medicaid sponsored long-term care services. Adhere to HIPAA and privacy laws. As approved by supervisor, ability to perform predetermined level of work remotely.
- Complete intake activities for applicants seeking Medicaid sponsored long-term care services.
- Answering the Centralized Intake phone lines, assisting callers and displaying professionalism and courtesy to callers.
- Monitor and maintain CLTC processing list.
- Perform other duties as assigned. May require performing tasks across other business units within the agency.
- Participate in staff development and training opportunities.
- Health, Dental, Vision, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance for Employee, Spouse, and Children.
- 15 days annual (vacation) leave per year.
