Tri-County Technical College invites applicants to apply for the Part-Time/Temporary Recruitment, Admissions, and Orientation Specialist position. The successful candidate will play an integral role in providing both administrative assistance and student recruitment support for the Tri-County Technical College Admissions and Welcome Center. The successful candidate will provide front-line support to visitors, faculty, staff, and current and prospective students at the College.   Responsibilities will include outgoing daily recruitment calls, responding to phone requests, performing data entry, answering questions as they pertain to the College, assisting with the admissions and registration process, preparing informational materials and packets for mailing, tours, and orientations, stocking brochure racks, and assisting with guided campus tours.  Candidate must be willing to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have good time management and perform job duties in a timely manner
 
Please note that this position will follow a fixed schedule:  Monday - Thursday: 12:00PM - 5:00 PM. During peak seasons, these hours may vary.    
 
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in being customer service oriented as well as having proven Microsoft office and Excel experience, oral and written communication skills, and strong public speaking skills.   Associate degree, or a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience.  Associate degree. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel. Exemplary oral and written communication skills. Ability to relate well with people and present oneself in a professional manner.  About Us
