Job duties:
- The Administrative Support Specialist II performs a variety of advanced clerical and typing duties. Following policies and procedures, provides administrative support to CPS assessment, family preservation, foster care and adult protective services.
- Serve as receptionist for Human Services Annex building. Greet customers/visitors, walk-ins and answer inquiries. Maintain daily logs and disburse materials left at the desk.
- Coordinates transportation for foster children and families. Pull printouts as needed from CAPSS.
- Complete 4-E initial determination packets for children enter foster care.
- Coordinate ISCEDC staffing, confidential memos, re-volume files, assist with Social Security and Birth Certificate protocols.
- Prepare travel vouchers for volunteer drivers and staff. Complete payment vouchers.
- Set up all CPS/APS investigative folders. Set up treatment, foster care and adult protective service records.
- Coordinate FCRB mail out requirements. File and disseminate court orders.
- Attend training and all staff meetings as required.
- Performs Red Cross shelter duty or other emergency shelter duty and services as directed.
Agency Requirements:
A High School Diploma and two (2) years of clerical experience.
