What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Proctor position at State of South Carolina?
Administers the College's Testing programs by providing quality customer service to faculty, staff, and students. Under the supervision of the Testing Services Coordinator, maintains the Main Campus Testing Center schedule to ensure that placement testing, TEAS, NACE, PSI, PearsonVue, accommodative and makeup testing, and other tests are available for current and prospective students and the community. Ensures test integrity by closely monitoring all testing activities. Documents and reports all incidents of academic dishonesty and test compromises. Ensures reports of testing activity are submitted to the Testing Coordinator in a timely manner. Supplies information to students, CCTC staff, faculty, and the general public, regarding testing operations. Refers prospective students to appropriate Central Carolina staff or faculty for student services. Generates, compiles and inputs student information for placement testing, ACT and SAT scores, TEAS, and other proctored tests. Ensures accuracy of information manually and electronically inputted. Maintains electronic and hard copy records and data files as required. Provides a response to incoming communication. Provides testing assistance to Outreach Campuses, and other offsite locations, if needed. Provides exemplary customer service to faculty, staff, and students. Contacts prospective and current students to schedule and confirm testing appointments. Provides information to incoming students regarding testing services. Provides feedback to supervisor and Director of Student Records and Testing Services regarding requested test offerings. Maintains Main Campus Testing Services work area, to include supply of information brochures and testing materials. Informs supervisor of testing supply and testing materials needed.A high school diploma.
