The Property Management Division (PMD) is responsible for providing comprehensive facilities management through the capital and operating budget process. The Property Management Division falls within the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Bureau and consists of three sections, the Facilities Section, the Fleet Section, and the Supply Section.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
This position supports Property Management Division by performing fiscal analyst work inputting the vehicle maintenance records for all vehicles in the agency and processing the invoices for their maintenance and repair. The efforts of this position directly support organizational planning, budgeting, operations, and policy issues by providing accurate information to the division’s decision makers. This position will ensure the accuracy of the data input and recording. Ensuring that Fleet’s vehicle records contain accurate and updated information and reporting. Our new teammate will be able to: Works independently to classify vehicle maintenance cost and preform data entry.Works independently to review and process vendor payments.Audits all vehicle maintenance purchases.Uses various software to process data and create maintenance cost reports.Assist agency employees in resolving credit card purchasing issues involving procurement of vehicles.
