Who We Are Looking For

State Street is searching for an Assistant Vice President to join our Transaction Management Deployment team. The candidate will be responsible for deploying our electronic trade processing products Global Transaction Manager (GTM) and Enterprise Reference Platform (EFR) to back- and middle-office clients and business teams. The successful candidate will liaise with external clients and internal business teams to successfully convert trade volume to GTM IMS. A large part of the role will be to gather, analyze and load support data to EFR/RDM. The successful candidate will execute DTCC’s Global Custodian workflow process GC Direct, automating the exchange of Standing Settlement Instructions (SSIs) between SSC and Alert. They will work with clients/IM’s to onboard maintenance of cash and security settlement instructions (SSI’s) to Alert so that State Street business teams can maintain them there on an ongoing basis. The candidate will follow an existing procedure that will include testing and reconciliation of SSI prior to a production conversion.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As Business Systems Analyst you will

• Experienced in driving analysis, design and delivery of transactional data and processing platform using Agile practices and processes, with a focus of establishing continuous delivery, culture and process
• Work with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies and the data and technology investments required to achieve them
• Gathering of business/system requirements by facilitating user/client meetings and interviewing key stakeholders
• Strong industry and regulatory experience inclusive of complex business process and instruments best practices across transaction lifecycle.
• Identify, compile, analyze and document business requirements that accurately and thoroughly reflect business needs and change
• Document business requirements using clear, concise language consistent with the methodology framework
• Participate in special projects, e.g., conducting research, collecting and providing requested data, etc.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related disciplines
• 5-8 years work experience in financial services.
  
  
  

Salary Range

$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
