What you'll do:
- Responsible for the operational functions of the Fire Protection Division in the Conway/Little Rock areas
- Provides consistent, accurate labor forecasting
- Leads projects as directed by the General Manager
- Responsible for developing technicians and managers
- Establishes and maintains open lines of communication with all corporate associates and branch personnel
- Continuous review, evaluation, and audit of operational procedures and performance
- Drives service and installation operations, reviews bids and estimates for accuracy
- Ensures a consistent level of coaching including operational and financial reviews
- Drives profitability for all services performed within the Fire Protection Division
- Must handle multiple priorities, project duties and responsibilities
Required:
- 5 years related management experience
- Prior fire protection experience
Location:
- Conway, Arkansas
- The typical work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
