Data and Reporting Specialist
Monday - Friday; 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
State Technical College of Missouri is actively searching for a candidate with experience working with federal and state higher education reporting. This position will organize and perform data and reporting projects.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of three years' experience performing similar tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to evaluate and management reporting needs; proficient in Excel and Access functions.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in computer database management
Job Responsibilities:
- Collects, analyzes, and report on data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares reports and data files for internal and external use, ensuring compliance with federal and state privacy laws.
- Validates data integrity, specifically when reporting errors occur.
- Work with the IR Department to incorporate new technologies and processes for capturing and reporting data.
- Assists internal departments with understanding and identifying data and reporting needs.
- Researches, evaluates, and recommends changes to systems and processes related to the collection, reporting, and dissemination of information.
