Essential Functions

1. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of IT professionals to include assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance to ensure efficient IT operations.
2. Collaborate with various departments to assess IT equipment and software needs and oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiation.
3. Identify and establish relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and suppliers. Ensure vendor performance and manage contracts for cost-effectiveness.
4. Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking and controlling expenses and optimize spending to ensure a cost-effective IT infrastructure.
5. Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and performance of back-office systems and implement upgrades and improvements as necessary to enhance productivity.
6. Manage on-premises infrastructure, including servers, network, and data centers. Ensure uptime, scalability, and resilience of on-premises systems.
7. Manage cloud-bases Software as a Service (SaaS) solution and optimize the utilization of cloud resources and ensure data security.
8. Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure. Stay current with cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements.
9. Lead and participate in IT-related special projects as needed, such as infrastructure migrations, system upgrades, or expansion initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience required
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement, vendor management, and budget control
- Proficiency in on-premises infrastructure management and cloud-based solutions
- Experience with infrastructure as a code
- Practical experience with integrating IT M&A Integration
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- IT security and compliance knowledge a plus
- Experience with DevSys Ops and DevSecOps
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Working knowledge of a PC, business and communications software (MS Office) and web-based tools are required
Travel Requirements and Conditions
- Limited travel may be required
Work Environment, Conditions and Demands
- Work is performed in both a home and office environment
Physical Requirements and Demands
- This position entails a high level of work performed at a computer terminal and telephone or headset equipment throughout the day
- Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity is required to operate office equipment
