We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring the profitability of our ventures. ```Duties:```
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
- Research and obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure competitive bids
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for submission
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and identify areas for cost savings
- Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects stay within budget
- Provide support during the build phase by addressing any cost-related issues that arise

```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and other technical documents
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from vendors and subcontractors
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs
