Duties and Responsibilities May Include (essential duties are italicized)
- Assist in the annual budgeting process focusing on the achievement of the strategic plan and annual operating goals.
- Assist in the monthly results reporting processes, publishing insightful analysis of trends, fluctuations and variances, dashboards and detailed financial packages in accordance with the accounting close and reporting calendar.
- Support the management of improvement projects with the injection of a disciplined process for developing project cost budgets, tracking actual project costs, and the measurement of the impact of these projects.
- Develop business cases to support investment in the business.
- Processes weekly cash flow projections.
- Contribute analysis and insight to regular forecasting process.
- Identify actions to drive improvement.
- Support the development of and implementation of product cost and manufacturing cost standards.
- Produce analysis, status updates, and other reports to support periodic project and leadership team reviews.
- Prepare and maintain scorecards to track the performance of the business.
- Support full compliance with credit agreement covenants via the production of the monthly compliance package.
- Contribute to strategic activities by modeling the impact of potential acquisitions.
- Provide other analysis or reports as needed to support the objectives of the Company.
- Demonstrate independent thinking and initiative on a consistent and regular basis.

This position is compensated at $80-$100K and bonus potential of 5% annually.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

- Bachelors or higher in finance.
- Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in finance role.
- Familiar with cost accounting principles.
- High skill level in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Outlook, and ERP systems.
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Excellent interpersonal and, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate proficiently with all levels of management.
- Experience in preparing and giving financial presentations.
- Ability to quickly learn functioning of accounting ERP systems and reporting systems, and highly proficient at manipulating large amounts of data; Epicor experience a plus.
- Highest level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information
- Detail oriented with ability to understand the big picture.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/deliverables.
- Ability to support multiple organizations/multi-task.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, transporting supplies or equipment, sitting for extended periods of time at a desk using a computer, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 25 pounds.
- Position spends approximately 90% of time sitting at a desk and 10% standing or walking.
- Vision and hearing must be within or correctable to within normal range.
- Must work from the corporate office and be able to work on time on a regular basis during regular business hours.
