What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Manages the Applications queue, assigns applications, and ensures accounts are built within the team’s designated SLA
- Proactively creates and maintains Client Support internal documentation, ensuring day-to-day issues are up-to-date and easy to comprehend
- Develops documentation to support enterprise accounts
- Learns, documents, and trains team members on new product features
- Gathers product feedback from the team and presents it to the Technology team on an ongoing basis
- Creates and maintains new hire training decks, maintaining a comprehensive onboarding program that adequately prepares new hires for the job
- Builds merchant accounts with information received from our partners within the team SLA turnaround time
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate with other Client Support team members
- Desire to develop an in-depth understanding of payments and the CardX products
- Ability to effectively train team members on product and processes
- Ability to understand processes and identify future process improvements
- Ability to be proactive and think one step ahead
- Enterprise support documentation
- Technical support documentation for integrations and other advanced feature
- This teammate will be first-in-role with the opportunity to develop the foundations for Support Operations
- Opportunities for further leadership in Operations/Project Management
