RESERVATION SALES AGENT TO JOIN GROWING TEAM

We are a Luxury Vacation Rental company headquartered in Beverly Hills that is seeking a hungry and motivated sales agent to join our growing sales team. We have an amazing portfolio of luxury homes backed by thousands of 5 star reviews with an outstanding reputation that speak for themselves and do not require convincing.

The purpose of our sales agent is to quickly identify potential leads, vet the guest, clearly communicate house rules and close the booking. Time is of the essence when it comes to sales. Our sales agents are also responsible for ensuring that all booking agreements and company processes are successfully completed until the booking is completely confirmed.

From there, your job is to assign a host who will meet the guest and be their main point of contact throughout their stay. Concierge requests are common and you will assist with managing those requests for your guest. Unlike most vacation rental companies we also have our own fleet of high-end car rentals that we offer to guests to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• As stated above, the application must include a cover letter or other means of personal introduction
• Must be great at multitasking.
• Attention to detail
• Need to be familiar with technology and how a lot of common apps function
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate difficult messages clearly and empathetically; fluency in written and spoken English is required
• An active listener who can think quickly and critically under pressure
• Able to confidently solve complex problems, while maintaining customer satisfaction and controlling costs
• Ability to calmly thrive under pressure, perform consistently and work with a sense of urgency
• Superb organization skills in order to prioritize and manage a large volume of cases during peak periods, as well as work autonomously
• Possess the ability to deliver luxury hospitality services to all of our guests
• Experience in working in sales at a vacation rental company or hotel
• Must be a forward thinker who has the ability to see problems before they arise
• Must be resourceful and willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Must be a self-starter, and able to recognize need before a task is assigned
• Must have a valid US Driver's License, and reliable vehicle
• Hours are 9am to 6pm in the office Wednesday through Sunday. Light inquiries before and after the office hours are required.

Compensation:

$50k per year Health Care Benefits
