Job Title: Part-Time Airbnb Cleaner

Location: Durham NC

Hours: 2-4 hours per day

Schedule: Every day of the week, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation: $28/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time cleaner to maintain and clean our 9 Airbnb units. This role involves ensuring that each unit is spotless and in excellent condition for our guests. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize each unit between guest stays (10-30 times per week).
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens from each unit.
  • Ensure that all units are well-stocked with essentials such as light bulbs, toilet paper.
  • Inspect units for any damages, take photos, and report issues promptly.
  • Maintain an organized cleaning schedule and checklist.
  • Be available to work every day from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends and holidays (some days there will be no cleanings and you will get paid anyway).

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Reliability
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and laundry.
  • Must have a smartphone to take and send photos of any damages.
  • Preferably (Live nearby)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
