We are currently seeking a Maintenance-FT for Staybridge Suites Empire Mall in Sioux Falls SD. As our Maintenance guru, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repairs of our hotel facilities. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a can-do attitude, then this position is perfect for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and HVAC system checks.
2. Responding to guest maintenance requests in a timely manner.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and appliances.
4. Keeping maintenance records up-to-date.
5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
