OVERVIEW
The Maintenance & Pools member is responsible for our properties weekly pool route, propane & firewood delivery, as well as performing a variety of maintenance related tasks in the houses to ensure the houses maintains SYL standards. Applicant must have experience servicing pools, and the ability to service a variety of maintenance duties. Such as Trash Haul away, furniture assembly, repairing furniture, patching walls, paint touchups, servicing a variety of appliances (must have a general knowledge, will call in specialist when necessary) cleaning dryer vents, fix leaky sinks, installing doorknobs and general handyman skills.
Responsibilities:
- The primary point of contact for all maintenance related tasks and calls.
- Service the weekly company pool route, maintain the spa chemicals
- completes all maintenance tasks in a timely manager with effective time management.
- Maintains high customer service standards and responds clearly and in a timely manner to both internal team and contract vendors
- Performs light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, batteries, tightening handles
- Must be efficient in mobile softwares and be willing to use them accou
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Must be able to download mobile apps and use via IOS or Android
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to drive, speak, and listen. The individual frequently is required to drive to visit properties often with multiple flights of stairs. maintaining the homes may require moderate lifting, moving items within the home, the use of power tools, and occasionally being on roofs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. This job is primarily performed in rental homes with moderate to heavy noise levels. While performing the duties of this job, the individual is required to frequently inspect inside and outside areas of the property location and may be exposed to various weather conditions.
Job Type: 35-40 hours a week
